When it comes to taking outfit photos, I lack of confidence. My smile is awkward and my poses are weird. I envy those people who can pose naturally without getting distracted, especially for those who usually take outfit photos in public like in malls, parks, restaurants, etc. I don't get it how they get so confident to pose while there are a lot of people watching them. To be honest, I hate being watched by other people when I'm taking outfit photos... I become timid and I usually overthink about bad things people might think about me.
I got this bow top from Galore Clothes (@galoreclothes) on instagram. I've always wanted this kind of top (with a big bow on front, sooo cute)! Too bad it didn't turn out as good as the picture shows in instagram. But overall I still like it! Thanks to mom who bought me this top xD also, my skirt is made by my mom! She's pretty good at sewing. She usually make simple clothes for me and my sister in her spare time when she's in the mood. A wonderful mother, isn't she? Sometimes I don't get it how she can be so good in many things. She's the best :)
By the way, today is 2015, August 17. Do you know what does that mean? That means today is Indonesia's 70th Independence Day! xD *drumrolls* and as usually, there are a lot of competitions held in order to celebrate Indonesian Independence Day. At school, at neighborhood, etc. At my school, the competitions are held on August 14 and 15. My friends and I (three of us) participated in a quiz (cerdas cermat in bahasa) representing our class. The questions are about the period before Indonesia proclaimed independence. And guess what? We won the first place over other 9 classes of our grade! So happy! :D
I'm currently reading An Abundance of Katherines, a book by John Green. It's the last book that completes my John Green collection. When I say my John Green collection, I mean the books that John Green write himself, like An Abundance of Katherines, The Fault in Our Stars, Paper Towns, and Looking for Alaska. But ofc I'll read other books he made with other authors like Will Grayson, Will Grayson (with David Levithan) and Let It Snow (with Maureen Johnson and Lauren Myracle). Are you reading John Green's books too? If you do, which one? Share with me! :D
